How to claim your vouchers on a Butlin's break
Your reward tokens cannot be redeemed online and can only be used for new bookings.
Step 1
Contact Tesco to exchange your Clubcard vouchers for Butlin's Deals Tokens - you can either call Tesco Clubcard Rewards on 0808 100 0707 or visit the Tesco Clubcard website.
Step 2
Once you have your Clubcard tokens, decide which resort you would like to stay at and then give us a call 0330 100 9327 at least 14 days before the break start date – all breaks are subject to availability, so please book as far in advance as possible.
Step 3
Make sure you tell one of our friendly advisors that you'd like to redeem Club card tokens and use your tokens to either pay in full or get money off the total price of your accommodation only. Then you can choose to add on any extras including dining, activity passes, spa treatments etc. Please note vouchers cannot be redeemed on our website and cannot be used once a booking has been made. Once your booking has been made we’ll send you a booking confirmation via email.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR TESCO VOUCHERS
- You must have ordered and received your Tesco vouchers before you book with Butlins. You will be required to state the value of your voucher and will need to provide the serial number.
- Decide which Butlins Resort to visit, then call Butlins at least 14 days before the break start date. All breaks are subject to availability.
- Your Tesco vouchers cannot be redeemed online. To book call 0330 100 9327
- At the start of the call please inform the team member that you are using Tesco vouchers to pay for all or part of your holiday, so we know how to manage your booking.
- Tesco vouchers can be used to pay for the accommodation cost only. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for any add-ons or extras (for example Early Access VIP passes, Activity Passes, Dining etc.)
- Tesco Vouchers cannot be used towards the cost of a deposit. This must be paid as a cash payment. £30 per person for family breaks or £35 per person for a Big Weekender.
- If your booking is due to start within 70 days or less, we will require a full cash payment. We will apply your Tesco vouchers within 14 days of booking and process a refund for the Tesco Voucher amount back to your card within 28 days.
- Your final balance will be required in full 70 days before the start of your holiday. Please note: If your break starts in less than 70 days, these items are non-refundable and fall within Butlin’s cancellation terms.
- Tesco vouchers may only be used by the Clubcard Holder (whose name is printed on the voucher), however, there can be more than one named token per booking if that person(s) is travelling too. Tesco vouchers cannot be given as gifts.
- Please include all your vouchers at the time of booking as additional vouchers cannot be added at a later date.
- Once full payment has been received, Butlins will send you a booking confirmation via e-mail.
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- Please note that your holiday must be booked within the 6-month validity period of the voucher. The holiday does not have to be taken within this period.

- Tesco vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and/or discounts.
- You may use more than one Tesco Voucher per booking. No change will be given if the value of the voucher is greater than the cost of the break. Any shortfall can be made up with a card payment.
- Tesco vouchers are only available on Butlins Family and Big Weekender breaks. Excluding any third-party bookings, inc. Madness, ESF, Spring Harvest and Arena breaks.
- Butlins Holiday protection does not cover the value of Tesco vouchers if you need to cancel your booking. Tesco person finances can offer a policy, which does cover loss of Clubcard voucher under an insured event. For details phone, 0845 300 8800.
