You can use Accommodation Picker via the website at the time of booking your break.

Already booked your stay? Simply log into ‘My Account’ and add it to your booking right up until the day before you’re due to arrive. Please note, prices vary based on location.

I have an existing booking with ground floor, why can’t I find Accommodation Picker?
As you have already booked ground floor accommodation, you won’t be able to access Accommodation Picker.

How do I book this?
You can pick your selected accommodation when you book or add on afterwards via My Account.

When is this available?
You’ll be able to select your exact accommodation now.

Can I book this and early/late check in?
You’ll be able to add accommodation and early or late checkout to your booking where there is availability.

Does this include all accommodation?
Yes, you’ll be able to book all accommodation types, subject to availability.

How late can I use accommodation picker?
You can use the accommodation picker up until the day before you arrive.
