Butlin's Ultimate Summer Break Prize Draw
1. Promoter
1.1. This prize draw is promoted by Butlins Skyline Limited (company number 04011665) with its registered address at First Floor, Breakspear Place, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4TZ ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1. The prize is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who make a qualifying booking through the Holiday Booking Shop whilst staying at a Butlin's resort during the Prize Draw Period.
2.2. Employees of Butlin's, their immediate family members, agents, contractors, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prize Draw Period
3.1. The prize draw opens on 17 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 4 September 2026 ("Prize Draw Period").
3.2. Entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Guests will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw when they make a qualifying booking through the Holiday Booking Shop during the Prize Draw Period.
4.2. A qualifying booking is a new booking made between 17 July 2026 and 4 September 2026 (inclusive) for an eligible Butlin's school summer holiday break with an arrival date between 16 July 2027 and 3 September 2027 (inclusive).
4.3. Only one entry will be awarded per qualifying booking.
4.4. There is no cash alternative to entry, and no additional purchase is required beyond the qualifying booking.
4.5. Bookings that are cancelled prior to the winner being drawn may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter's discretion.
5. Prize
5.1. One winner will receive an Ultimate Summer Break at Butlin's, including:

• Premium Dining
• All-Inclusive Drinks Package
• Early Access VIP Passes
• Action Passes
• PlayXperience Tokens (Bognor Regis bookings only)
• A Meet & Greet with Britain's Got Talent
5.2. The prize is subject to availability and operational requirements.
5.3. The Meet & Greet element is subject to availability and may be amended, substituted, or withdrawn if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it unavailable.
5.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.5. Any costs and expenses not expressly stated as forming part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period.
6.2. The draw will take place within [14] days after the closing date of the prize draw.
6.3. The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their qualifying booking no later than 20 September 2026.
6.4. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days of notification, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Data Protection
7.1. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed by the Promoter solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and awarding the prize unless marketing permissions are granted.
7.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Butlin's Privacy Policy which is available here: https://www.butlins.com/privacy-and-cookies.
8.3. The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner and a copy of the winning entry to anyone who emails privacy@butlins.com within one month of the closing date. If you object to your surname, county, and/or winning entry being made available, please email privacy@butlins.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
9. General
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9.3. The Promoter's decision in relation to all matters concerning the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or otherwise not received for any reason.
9.5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

4. Offer Details
4.1. Guests making a qualifying booking will receive: 10% off a 7 night break
5. Redemption
5.1. The 10% discount may only be used during the qualifying 2027 break for which the booking was made.
5.2. The 10% discount cannot be used during the guest's current stay when the booking is made.
6. Amendments and Cancellations
6.1. If a qualifying booking is cancelled, the promotional benefits associated with that booking will be forfeited.
6.2. If a booking is amended, Butlin's reserves the right to review continued eligibility for the promotional benefits.
7. General
7.1. The offer may be withdrawn or amended by Butlin's at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.2. The offer can be used in conjunction with other offers being advertised in the Holiday Booking Shop only (online may be offering something else)
7.3. Butlin's reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer where it reasonably believes the offer is being misused or obtained fraudulently.
7.4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

4.2. The complimentary Late Check-Out is subject to availability at the booked resort and on the booked departure date.
4.3. If Late Check-Out is unavailable, no alternative benefit, compensation, cash payment, or substitute will be offered.
4.4. The £25 On-Resort Spending Voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.1. Both the complimentary Late Check-Out and the £25 On-Resort Spending Voucher may only be used during the qualifying 2027 break for which the booking was made.
5.2. Neither benefit may be redeemed, transferred, or used during the guest's current stay when the booking is made.
5.3. Neither benefit may be transferred to another booking, guest, or holiday.
5.4. Any unused value from the £25 On-Resort Spending Voucher will be forfeited and no cash refund or credit will be given.
5.5 Late check out will be added onto the booking at the time of purchase.
5.6 £25 voucher will be added to the wallet section of the app on the lead guest’s account.
6. Amendments and Cancellations
6.1. If a qualifying booking is cancelled, the promotional benefits associated with that booking will be forfeited.
6.2. If a booking is amended, Butlin's reserves the right to review continued eligibility for the promotional benefits.
7. General
